I would like to find out for myself and others what class of car people are getting when using the Emerald Club.


1. Did you get what your reservations stated?

2. Did you get an UPGRADE from what your reservations stated?

3. Did you get a DOWNGRADE from what your reservations stated?

You should never get a 'downgrade'. If the class of car you reserved is not on the Aisle, you can get one from the regular size aisle. If they are completely out of your size, you should get an upgrade. I haven't been lucky enough to find an 'upgrade' car on the aisle, but there has always been a full size car.

3 rentals, one upgrade to convertible, one what I reserved and once I had to go the full size aisle to get the full size I reserved. I don't think you're going to get enough responses to your poll to be statistically significant. RESERVE WHAT YOU NEED.

I always reserve full size with Emerald Aisle. Of the 5 times I used it, 4 times I got a full size from the EA, 1 time I had to go over to the full size aisle because there were none on EA. There have been a couple times I could have got a van or SUV from the EA but didn't want one.

Should have made it a multiple option poll. I have gotten upgrades 3 out of 5 times.The other two were full size(which is what I booked)and were on the EA.

When we choose the aisle a intermeditate will do....so, we have gotten an upgrade each time....when I need a van I rent a van...
