Yes, it is still every 30 days.

Go to mypoints, click earn points and then click try it out. You will see the Shop At Home link on that page. You order 6 free catalogs and get 100 points.

Thanks dmslush. I did this back in June and never did receive any points so I forgot about it. I just did it again and it said that I would get the points, hopefully this time I will receive the points.
