View Full Version : Exercise Question: Walk or Cardio first?

If I am going to do 30 min. of cardio at the gym (elliptical machine most likely) and walk 2 miles around the track, which should I do first? Any benefit of doing one before the other? Thanks!

The walk would be a great warmup to the cardio. I would suggest walk first. You can still walk fast--but start out easy. Then cardio--you can get straight to work!
