I'm pretty sure that the Doug Live show is gone for good. The last show was 05/12/01

Walt Disney: One Man's Dream (presented by Hallmark), an interactive tour of the life and legacy of Walt Disney, will be housed in the Lights, Camera, Action! Theater on Mickey Ave. between Voyage of the Little Mermaid and Who Wants to be a Millionaire: Play It!
The ABC TV Theatre is scheduled to house a new live show.

I think I read where Disney sold Doug back to Nick.
If that is the case they will never run it at MGM. Too bad we liked the show. I was even a Beat once.

Hey Peter, I was a "Beet" also during July of 2000 due to my daughter's screams and persistence. It was a lot of fun being the bass player (I can't remember his name). My entire family loved that show.

I got on as a Beat. I think it was the Evil Emperor Zurg Hat & Cape I was wearing at the time but it may have been my kids yelling pick him at the top of their lungs.
So I get up there w/ the hat on and he ask my name:
Zurg.
OK where you from?
Sector 9.
I had a blast. People mcame up all day and said hi'cause of the hat.
DS #2 also got up on another trip as Quail Kid. Here he is. (http://members.home.net/dunlapsdisney/quail_kid.htm)
There is a silly trip report about it here (http://64.225.125.24/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=862)
