Questions about these hotels

We are looking for 5 nights off-site in someplace CLEAN. I don't care much about amenities, but hotels must be clean, not musty/moldy/buggy, etc. The below-listed properties come up on HOtel Kingdom or hotelmartusa for my dates (6/18-6/22) for $75 or less per night. Hoping to find some place with a fridge, maybe microwave also, for 1 adult and 2 kids. Does anyone have any info about any of these? Thanks.

I think you could get something much nicer for the same or less price if you go through priceline or hotwire. Check out www.betterbidding.com under Florida to see what others have gotten

Homewood Suites are great ! Try the Country Inn & Suites LBV - I was just there last weekend for 4 nights and loved it! The rooms were great and the free breakfast was excellent!
