So, I'm in Physical Therapy for my low back/sacrum.

And let's just say--if I didn't know--biologically that we have muscles in our body--I would swear up and down that I have none in my inner thighs.

Got a new exercise from the therapist--hard to describe...but let's just say--I could not even lift-move--whatever she wanted me to do with my legs in a certain position---my body wanted my legs to move--they just wouldn't move! They stayed flat on the ground while every other part of my was vibrating trying to get the suckers to move. And I always wondered why that part was jiggly but the rest of my leg was getting all nice and pretty. It's b/c it's jelly and nuttin' else!

Anybody have weak inner thighs?

I'm now doing a modification of a modification of a modification---I tie an exer-band thing around something--and kind of do ballet moves that work the inner thigh. But curious on what anyone who's had this has done that doesn't involve gym equipment.

Lisa, great that you are getting those muscled identified and working.

I use the machines mostly. It has been a long time since I've done any exercise specific routine I must say I need to ponder this one a bit. The Pilates thing I do is just a very simple thing where I lie on my side and lift both legs to the front to kind of get to a jackknife position. It was amazing when I first started, I could not even do that. I hope you see continued improvement. I need to get back in touch with my exercises too.

You are inspiring me to get that moving. Thanks.

Lily--thanks....the jackknife is the move that I can't do LOL. My PT is showing me pre-pilates...but I guess I'm moving into the pilates territory. I tried the move this morning. I thick I can lift my legs half a centimeter now--but that is with a LOT of effort. Good to know that you couldn't do it either. There is hope for me yet!
