how to make a priority seating at citywalk??

Can you do this ahead of time? We are staying at PBH and want to make a lunch ressie at Jimmy Buffetts. Everytime we try to go it is PACKED...so we don't want to be disappointed again.

Can you call ahead...and if so, can you call weeks ahead or just once you get checked in or what???

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
