Can anyone please help me here? We go to DL tomorrow and I was hoping to FINALLY get some perks from my Disney Visa!
I read the threads, I looked at the ad on the DRL website. But I can't figure out some of the specifics for the new DLR perks. (NOT the ones releated to booking a package with WDTC.)
I did not get the mailer that some folks are referring to so I am having a hard time finding details about these offers. I even called Chase and of course they were clueless!
Where is the character greeting?
What about the free stroller - any restrictions in fine print here?
Specifically:
1. "Disney and Me" - a daily cardholder-exclusive "Character Meet and Greet" experience with keepsake photo
4. "Strolling Along Main Street" - a free stroller rental to carry around the littlest Disney fans.
Thanks!! :flower:

Don't know about the stroller, sorry. But the character meet & greet is at Ariels Grotto in DCA, right after park opens.

Just show you visa card and you should get a free stroller rental, at least this is how I understand it.
Also pay with your Visa when you eat or buy suvies, there are discounts there too.

The character photo at Ariel's Grotto starts at park opening and goes for 1 1/2 hours. Show your card and you get in for exclusive meet, then you get a free 5x7 photo (which you can pick up later at Greetings from California).
Strollers, just show your card and it should be free. Max of 2 strollers each day.

We've had our Disney Visa for a few years now (just got new ones with the 50th Castle design!) and I was wondering if we're still eligible for this meet-n-greet at Ariel's Grotto. Thanks! :flower:

DOes anyone know which characters meet and greet? How crowded is it, usually?

As long as your account is still active (or I guess your card is not expired) then you qualify.

I think the character varies each day. I don't think there's too much crowd for the Visa times, since not too many people seem to know about it yet.

Okay, I too looked at the Disney Card website, and did not see any information pertaining to the special perks that have been mentioned in this post. Question: How would we try to get these perks at the Disneyland park without any actual "proof". For example, I would not expect all disney park employees to know what incentives were offered to the Disney cardholders.
I'll keep trying, if anyone can help with additional info please let me know.
Okay, five days until we get to DISNEYLAND!! :wizard:

Try this link. http://disney.go.com/visa/disneyland50th/
It gives a pretty good run down of the new perks.

disneychrista: thanks for your help, I think I will print this page from the disneycard website and take it with me. Wondering, what time will the character meet and greet be at? Any ideas...thanks so much. :wave2:
