Would you recommend Magical Memories Travel

I have an offer to book our trip through Magical Memories Travel, the price seems reasonable. Have any of you used this online place to book your trip and obtain your tickets? Would you recommend this company? Any negative experiences with this company? Positive experiences? Any input would be greatly appreciated?

I have and I highly recommend them! I've used them for my few trips and have been delighted with the service. On our last trip it looked like there wouldn't be any general public codes and when AP rates were released it didn't make sense money wise to get an AP. I was resigned to paying rack when I came home to a message from my agent. She had done the research to find out how much it would cost for me to join AAA in my area and had made sure that AAA rates were available for what our resort and dates and was calling to tell me signing up with AAA would save me around $125. I gave the OK for her to go ahead with that and she took care of everything, even signing me up for AAA. They've always taken great care of our PSs too, even getting CRT for a party of 16 for us once!

I've had no complaints! I've used 2 different agents and been thoroughly pleased with both! Love that I get a free subscription to tour guide mike too. :cool1:

I am glad to hear the great review of them, Grammy! I requested a quote from them as well as a couple of other agencies I've seen mentioned over on the resort board. Their quote was definitely the most comprehensive. The prices were the same across the board but they gave me by far the most information. When I asked questions I got either no response for days or a short terse response from the others but got a well thought out and researched answer from the Magical Memories agent. We are trying to make our final decision as to how we want to split our stay in December but I am planning to book with them. I was very impressed with their responses. I'm glad to hear the service after the sale is just as good!
