Guys - sorry I hadn't fogotten about this one but after spending nearly three hours reading all the PMS last night and posting the new question the Dis went down again and I didn't have the energy to wait any longer to post it!

The answer is: Cafe Fantasia & the Music is that from the Sorcerors Apprentice (I accepted that or the actual composors and song name)
