Your photos are great. Where are you moving to?
My sister is having a house built in Winter Haven and she took me to see the dirt when I was there last week for the event. I sent her your site so she can take some of your ideas and send us an update as her house progresses.
On Sunday I took a little ride around the area and came to the Poinciena area. I love the developments going up there. Maybe in 5 years that is where I might wind up, close enough, but still far enough away. Peggie

Congradualations. My dream was always to have a brand new home in Florida. We did talk to a realator and are getting closer to selling our house is Pa.

Maybe soon or some day our dreams will come true

Thanks everyone! We currently live in 'New Tampa', which is northeast of downtown Tampa.. near the intersection of I-75 and Bruce B. Downs, if you are familiar with that. We are moving to an area northeast of 75 up Bruce B. Downs off of Cross Creek Blvd. It's a new development, like all others up here. ;)

We are very excited to finally be 'settling down'. That's something hard to commit to in my business, so it's certainly a risk!

Oh, and Nat, a lanai is a back porch. The house is guaranteed to be done 130 days after the slab is poured, but we are thinking we'll be in before Christmas! Yay! Everyone's invited for a Christmas party if that happens!

Great pictures Dar! Congratulations! We used to do the same thing while our house was under construction and those photos can come in handy later! I can imagine you are very excited! Maybe someday you will have a big party there for everyone!
