We considered doing this on our past Nov. trip. I sent an email about 4-5 months before our trip and heard back about 4 weeks before we left (so believe it when they say they'll get back to you; I think they must be pretty busy!). She gave me 3 options with 3 different price ranges - and it sounded like she would be open to suggestion/easy to work with. All 3 sounded really neat, but unfortunately by that point it was out of our budget. I emailed her back that we couldn't do it, and she sent a very nice reply back.
So if you have the funds, I think it's definitely worth it to look into anyway. If we had purchased the things that Jane listed in the plans separately it would have been cheaper to do it on our own - so what you're really paying extra for is the surprise, pixie-dust factor, and the use of their time.

I used them. They come up with some unique ideas, but it isn't cheap. PM me if you ahve more questions.

Well, like I said, it isn't cheap. They had a few different things they would have done. It depends on what you fill out on your questionnaire. They do take a LONG time to get back to you. They will contact you around 4 weeks before the event time. I ended up just using them for room decorating the night of the wedding. Sure enough, it was done by the time we got back.

My boyfriend surprised me with a scavenger hunt for my birthday. It was really really fun! We arrived at the park and he wanted to go take pictures at the fountain and when I walked over there was a bag with my name on it.
I think it was pricy... about 200 (I only know because we share a bank account) There are a bunch of different choices. We stayed in Magic Kingdom, I think that there is a way to do MK and EPCOT in one hunt.
Lots of fun and it was an amazing surprise. The people were nice as well.
