What's the best ((cheapest)) way to get from Pop to OPO? We will not be renting a car, and have already planned to take Lynx busses to get to Sea World. By the way - I'm travelling with DH, DS5 and DS1.

You can take a bus from POP to DTD and then grab a cab at DTD. It is about $7-$10 (depends on the traffic).
