This tour is completely accessible with a small modification of their normal route. Since it was wet the night before we did not take the dirt walkway shortcut to get to the rhino barn but a cement path instead. All areas were accessible. We went to the rihino barn and learned about the rhinos and were able to meet Sampson, a white rhino and touch him ( not guaranteed that you will see any animals), then to the elephant barn where we learned about the barn and about elephant breeding. Next off to the classroom for a drink and a talk about how Disney is enviromentally friendly and about enrichment for the animals. We were encouraged to take the water with us if we wanted. Then to the food preparation area which is huge. The food is the same quality food that is served the guests and it is prepared to order each day for the next day. After that on to the hospital area to see a few things. Saw a python under anesthesia and a skunk. Then back to the classroom for our treats and more water.
This is a definately a great tour and completely accessible.
