Which Club level is better HRH or PBH?

Just curious as am thinking of changing from HRH to PBH!

In my opinion, the club level at PBH was much better than HRH. There is a difference in the staff, the food, and the kids found a better selection of movies to borrow.

I'm glad to hear that. We have stayed at HRH Club Level & enjoyed it very much, but this year we are staying at PBH Club Level and I read a few negative reviews about Club Level & I was getting a little worried.

When did you stay at PBH Club Level?? Maybe they have improved recently.
