I have been out of action for a while and just catching up on all the news. Can someone explain to me what the concierge option for rooms is all about?

The 2002 point chart for Disney Collection resorts will be available online by the end of next week.

Reportedly, there is now a Concierge category for these resorts included in the new chart. Many of the prior point costs will be different also.

Many of the deluxe resorts have a concierge option while staying there. This includes breakfast, snacks during the day, drinks all day long, turn down service, etc... All the little extras many people want in a vacation.

One thing to keep in mind is that the resorts have different levels of concierge service.

For instance, at the Grand Floridian, there's full concierge in the main building, with limited concierge in some outer buildings.

Be sure that it's clear when you book this, so as to avoid any disappointments when you arrive.
