Is it harder to qualify for a resale than thru Disney?

also......do you have to bring your own financing to a resale or do they offer financing?
Is it hard to get financed thru Disney? or like buying a car....everyone gets it one way or another......or like when I went thru the "#@% to buy my house????

Disney is very generous offering theit own financing.

For a resale, most will find better options looking locally (2nd mortgage, home equity loan), but resale brokers can suggest some options also if these options are not available to you. They will typically be much higher than Disney financing.

In general, I think you will find the financing requirements for private lenders to be more stringent than those for Disney.
