Does this really work? I need to work on my lower abdomen big time...but I have a pretty bad back and doing sit ups on the floor is so painful. I noticed your machine is not a clothesrack...so you must use it often! :teeth: Any info you can offer is greatly appreciated...thanks,

We love our AbLounger!! It really does target the abs, with the different exercises you do on it! W-A-Y better than regular sit-ups!!

Thaks...did you buy yours on line or at a store? We are in Naperville and I think Sports Authority has them, about $100.
