What time to leave AKL if your flight

leaves at 2:40 SW on a Friday afternoon in December? I am wonder what we would have time do on our last day at AKL.

My plan was just to ask for late check out and have Breakfast Buffet at Boma.

I always leave where ever I am in WDW two hours before my flight time. That rule of thumb has always worked.

I would leave by 12:00 noon just to be sure. There's often traffic in Orlando....
we've cut it a little too close before and didn't like it.

Unfortunately, AKL does not have late check out, so you will have to be out of your room by 11:00 AM. You could check out earlier and store your luggage and go to a park for a few hours or stay in your room till 11:00 and then go to the pool for an hour or so. There are showers with changing rooms in the bathroom by the main pool. When we are driving ourselves to the airport we leave about 90 min before our flight and we always make it with plenty of time, if you are taking a shuttle service they usually pick you up 2 hours ahead of time because they make other stops, a towncar will pick you up whenever you tell them to.
