Great report. I think it is perfect that your DD is the centre of attention for the holiday.

We've yet to sample delights of WDW, but at DLP it is DD's(8 year) desire to do BTM for the first time this year. Still plenty of time to do the major coasters :)

yeah - don't you always know that your in Florida by that smell - I've yet to find anywhere else in the world that smells like that.

oooh, that smell! The heat! The un-Englishness of it all!

(Actually California smells quite similar, perhaps Disney pumps out a special smell  )

You did well to eat out and get round the shops before DD wilted! Younger DS (5) was asleep before we left the airport confines - mind ouy he didn't sleep at all on the flight, just watched Spongebob Squarepants 4 times :rolleyes1

John

So glad I tuned in for the rest, really brilliant, it took me right back to our first visit to The All Star Movies in 2000, and we also stayed in the Mighty Ducks, which for us was great as my daughter plays Ice Hockey for the Cardiff Devils, as soon as I saw your picture of the room, the memories came flooding back.

Cant wait for the next instalment.

Aaah, it all makes more sense now!!!! :)

I see neither you or Laura indulged in a Presidente Margarita (complete with take home cocktail shaker!!! :teeth: ) in Chilis????

Mmmm, delish. :smooth:

Just wanted to say to you all, please forgive the variation in pic sizes. I'm having trouble getting to grips with the resizing facility in Photobucket. The pics are resizing to the size I want but they don't seem to want to post all the same size. The last two pics are the size I'd ideally like them all to be. If anyone can offer any help I'd be really grateful. Thanks!

We chose this purely on the basis of Anz's recommendations from her Christmas trip and we were not disappointed.

woohoo I've been name-checked again :cool1: I'm glad you enjoyed your meal at Chilis and those boneless shanghai wings mmm I can just taste them!!

A great start to your trip, can't wait to read more.
