AP and other newbie questions

Forgive me if these were asked before . . . I think I know a bunch about DisneyWorld but little to none about Universal!

Has July AP rates come out yet?
How hard is it to get an AP rate?
Can I get 2 rooms with one AP?
(Assuming it's like Disney and I would only need one AP to get a room discount.)
If the the AP rates come out, can I buy the AP at the same time I make the reservations?
When staying at an on-site hotel, is there a daily parking fee? and if yes, is it free with an AP?

Go to www.universalorlando.com and click on resorts. When you enter your dates put APH in the promotional code box. This will give you the annual pass rate. Keep in mind that these rates have a tendency to change so it is better to go ahead and book and then keep checking to see if the rate comes down (doubtful though for July). The annual pass rates for Universal are very different from Disney. The rates fluctuate. Sometimes the AAA rate is cheaper than APH rate. I don't kow the answer to your question regarding booking more than one room with an AP rate.
