Anyone know where you might be able to buy coins (pennies) pre-1982??

hello,
just wondering if anyone knows if there is somewhere you might be able to actually buy a roll or more of pre-1982 pennies for the machines at WDW....??? Just curious....I read that if you use new pennies they are shinier but turn black, is this true?

You might see if there is a coin collector's store/shop in your town...they might be able to sell you coins like that. I'm guessing they will need to be cleaned pretty good.

Pre-1982 are all copper. After 1982 they have a zinc filling...so when you squish them you can see the zinc (sort of silvery). It isn't that hard to collect pre-1982 pennies in your regular change.
