View Full Version : Best Chinese near 192?

My family loves Chinese food and we will be going down to stay in our pool home in EI. The resort is just off 192 mile marker 5. Could anyone please give me their opinions on the best Chinese food in the area. My family loves spicey! I am willing to travel if I must but closer the better. Also does the place deliver? We are also lazy. We are on vacation. Thanks!!!

Hello...

there are several Chinese buffets if you exit EI and turn left or west on 192.

this link will take you to a fun interactive map that lets you tour hwy 192 from hwy 27 to way past Disney...you might make some notes on the Chinese Restaruants....anything west on 192 will be easy access for you...east past Disney will be a little more congested...

we always go to the takeout place which is about 2 mm past the chick fil a on 192 west. It's in a shopping plaza with a supermarket, which I want to say is a Goodings, but am not 100% sure that it is. It's bascially, on the right hand side of the road as you drive west, somewhere near Ron Jon's resort (if that's still there!). It's pretty good - and portions are huge. Last time we stayed at the Ho Jo Maingate West they had a Chinese buffet attached, whether its' any good or not, I dont' know.

The quality of Chinese depends on where you hail from. Believe it or not it is made differently in different areas of the country. I can say that the food I have had in the south as well as in the west is not to my liking. It is different than what we in the NE usually eat.
