Monorail Epcot to MK

Would we be able to park at Epcot very early on a MK ee day and then take the monorail to MK? Want to do this because we want to return to Epcot at mid-day. Will that monorail be running that early (say, 7:10 a.m.)? Will the Epcot lot be open then?

You cannot park at Epcot for MK ee days because the monorail is not running from Epcot that early. Park at the TTC and when you are done at MK either drive to Epcot or take the monorail then.
