Any Canadian do that buy 3 Disney DVDs and get one free?

You know how a lot of Disney DVDs have that little booklet, buy 3 get on 1 free, inside the DVD case? Well we did it, send the cheque for shipping ($3.99) which was cashed Dec 27 '04, but we still have not received anything! I know its only $3.99, but still, I want that free DVD! Anyone do this receive anything? I nearly forgot about it till my husband reminded me today. It's well after the 8-10 week shipping period.
Who do I write to complain? The address is in Pickering, ON, but there is not number or anything. I guess Beuna Vista Home Video, does anyone have their contact info?

I should check to see if they cashed my cheque as well? They actually sent me a letter saying that one of my cash receipts wasnt valid as it was outside the timing, but I was sure that I followed all the instructions! I called a number that was on the letter and talked to someone who said that the date was cut off the bottom of the photocopy that they had (I sent in the originals!?). They said that I would have to produce another copy of the receipt within 7 days, but I couldn't find the copy that I had made. So I lost out on it, but had forgotten that I would have sent in the cheque that they probably cashed! I'll check to see if I still have their form letter with the phone number for you. Jo

I sent mine in shortly after Christmas and received my free DVD about a month ago. I guess it's a good idea to photocopy the receipts and rebate information, but I've always been too lazy to do that. Hope your DVD is in the mail tomorrow. :)

I did this the year before last. It took so long to get it, I forgot I had sent it in.
