I can book 2, 2 bedroom units there for our ,(growing-like-weeds!), trip May 28. We have 13 days at Cypress Point/CP Grand Villas, but we have added a, humm, few(9-12) more folks going down, :cool1: , the more the merrier...
Anyway the Blue Tree is right across the street from CP/CPGV, and since we can't get another unit at CP with our timeshare points, I need to know if the Blue Tree is worth $129 exchange fee per room, and a few points?
I have called our timeshare,Sunterra, 1-3 times a day for over a week now. And while something MIGHT show up at a Sunterra resort and only cost points, the Blue Tree might be ok?
Currently the others going have 3 rooms,ASR onsite, and it will cost them over about $2000. They are really good friends, and willing to pay the exchange fee, and I thought this would save them a lot of money.
Does this make sence?
Thanks for any info!

I personally like the Blue Tree, We have stayed there 5 times and every time it has been great. I know there are times you stay one time at a place and get an isolated problem, but 5 times without a issue is a trend. Parents and brother have stayed there numerous times as well with positive expierences.

I own both, I like both. Blue Tree was just redone. The biggest thing is, it's smaller than CP. CP is just redone to. It is soooooo close.
