What types of food do you normally eat for a snack between lunch and dinner?

I have to have something even though I really don't want to. I am a preschool teacher and we eat lunch fairly early (11:15am). Because of my family schedule we normally don't eat dinner until around 6pm. That is a long time and I get hungry around 3:30.

I am looking for new healthy snack ideas that don't take long to prepare, but will satisfy me until dinner.

I normally do triscuits, some cheese, and sliced tomatoes.

veggies with dip, grapes, cheese (chedder or pepperjack)...things like that. I usually try to stick to negative calorie foods for snacking. Oh, and a big glass of water. http://www.healthrecipes.com/negative_calorie_foods.htm

I looove cheesey ham rolls (wrap a piece of ham around a low-fat cheese stick) and portable salads (cucumber hollowed out with cheese and other veggies in the middle). Trail mix sounds yum, but I'd have to mix my own as I am VERRRY picky!!
