So, I cannot book a Mini-Van through EI

I think I am gonna have to change my rental at Christmas to a mini-van. Do I have to stop at the counter and go the "regular" route? We are now VERY spoiled and love getting out of the airport so quickly!! :) Any help appreciated.

Some airports in the National system have an option for Emerald Choice. Orlando (MCO) is one of these. When making your reservation, select the Emerald Choice option and you can bypass the counters as with Emerald Aisle. However, instead of going to the Emerald Aisle, you can go right to the minivan aisle and pick a minivan from there. Then proceed to the Checkout counter and it will be handled just like Emerald Aisle.

Thanks for the good news, now all I have to do is convince my DH to take that 7am flight on ATA. Maybe that flight is on a new plane (DH hates to fly) LOL! Thanks Again!! :)

Those 7AM flights are not fun are they? It is nice to get into Orlando early and start the vacation off right away. Just the thought of rolling out of bed at 4AM makes it so unappealing. By December ATA should be phasing most of their 727s out of the MDW to MCO market. At the very least the flight should be on a 757.

We have gotten used to flying late in the evening and arriving after midnight. Kind of on the other end of the spectrum! Well, it's that or we won't get to the resort until 4 or 5pm. I hate to see a whole day wasted. Wish me luck, he is so hard to convince, he started going to WDW the first year it opened and I don't think they ever missed a year! So, he definately has a say so in the planning, I just seem to do all the work LOL!! Thanks for all of your help!!
