Will there be any BOOZE at the opening reception?

I'm asking on behalf of a friend, who wishes to remain anonymous. (But he's hosting the DATW II!) Will the Wednesday evening welcome reception include adult beverages ?

Do not hold me to this, but I'm pretty sure we will offer a cash bar. The reception itself will offer non-alcoholic refreshments included in the event package.
