South Beach Diet on-line...is anyone doing it?

I'm considering doing the South Beach diet online and was wondering if anyone here is doing it?

Is it worth the money, or can I do it just as well on my own?

I am doing the SBD and love it. I have not used the online portion so I can't help you there. I would recommend getting the book and using some of the free online resources.

There are many of us doing SBD here on wish. We have a thread, stop on by. There are many great success stories!!! I did the online for the first 3 months I was on it. It was worth it as the updates and the support was well worth it.
