Walk from 1500 to marina?

How far is it from loop 1500 to the marina? :confused: Will we be able to walk it (youngest is a tough 6yo), or will we have to wait for the internal bus on our way to/home from MK? TIA!

It would be a long walk, especialy after a long day at the parks. My guess is it is around a half mile. We have done it on bikes many times but it would be much faster to take the bus even with the wait at the bus stop.

It is roughly 1/2 mile. I guess if your 6 year old is really full of energy in the morning, you could walk to the marina and then take the bus at the end of the day. For some reason, that half mile walk is a lot farther at the end of the day than it is first thing in the morning. :confused3
