Stephenie's Totally Amazing, Amazingly Awesome, awe inspiring Birthday Trip!! Part 5

The Magic Kingdom

So we got to the Magic Kingdom and I went and got my fourth and final birthday pin.and then of course rode Pirates of the Carribbean 5 times.
Along the way we ran into Aladdin and the Genie.

And we were singing ‘One jump ahead’ in the line and he heard. And wanted us to sing ‘A whole new world to him’ So, as a group we serenaded, Aladdin and the genie. It was hilarious.

We also ran into Captain Hook. pirate: I called him a codfish and chased him around with my watch. He ended up cowering in a corner with his knees shaking.

We then ran around and rode Philharmagic, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Peter Pan, Jungle Cruise and It’s a small world. Before going to our dinner reservation at Cinderellas’s Royal Table at 8:00.

Let me just say. Already. Stopping right here, this was the best day ever and the best birthday of my life. It could end here, and I would be happy. But… it doesn’t.

We went into the foyer and turned the corner… and there she was. Cinderella. In all her majesty. She seriously was so beautiful. My and beckys jaws dropped and we went and stood in the corner to wait for our table. Well no sooner had we got there, that she came over, took my hand and we had the following conversation:

Cindy: Princess Stephenie?
Me: yes…
Cindy: I heard it was your birthday today! Happy Birthday :hug:
Me: thank you so much
Cindy: Are these your princes here?
Me: yes they are.
Cindy: Is one of them your prince charming?
Me: lol no…were just friends.
Cindy: oh, well that’s ok.
Me: Where is your prince charming?
Cindy: He is getting ready for the parade.
Me: aww that’s to bad he cant be here.
Cindy: no its ok, were going to meet up later for the fireworks. Well Stephenie, I hope you have a very magical birthday, I must attend to my other guests. Enjoy your dinner!

I just stood there. In awe. It was so magical. Right after that they called us for our table and we went up the spiral staircase into the dining hall. And they seated us at our table which they had decorated with confetti and streamers. It was just beautiful up there. So we sat down and our server, Lady Collette came and took our orders. I had the chicken and it was most delicious. After we ate (and I honestly didn’t think about this..) it was around 9:00 so as they are clearing up our plates the lights start to dim, and the Wishes music comes on. And the fireworks start going off right in front off us, through the big windows. I was mystified. And then the Disney instrumental music started and I completely lost it. And started balling.

And Lady Collette came over and asked what was wrong, and I mumbled nothing that I was so happy. And I cried through the rest of the fireworks.

After the fireworks the wait staff brought out my cupcake and sang Happy Birthday and then Lady Collette gave me a Magical Moments certificate and then I really started crying (im getting misty-eyed just re-telling it..) and she explained that because my birthday had indeed been so magical, I was being presented a magical moments certificate so I would rememeber this moment forever. (and I cried some more..) and we all enjoyed my cupcake and she came back and gave me a goody bag with confetti, stickers, mickey straws and some other stuff. And we walked out of the castle, with tears streaming down my face. When we got to the hostess stand outside, they threw confetti over us and gave me a huge cup of confetti to make my birthday even more magical.

After that we went and rode the rides in tomorrowland and came to Main Street to wait for the Disney Kiss.

We were in the emporium when I heard the music, and I screamed BECKY, JOSH, BRIAN, KEVIN, OUTSIDE NOW! And I ran outside and stood right in front of the castle and listend to and watched the Disney Kiss. And cried through the whole thing. Id never seen it before.

After that we got on our bus and went back to the hotel. And that was my magical trip (notice ive left out Sunday with my boyfriend, we hung out in downtown Disney a lot and then its private ;) )

This birthday was the most magical, the best ever, ive never cried so hard, never been so happy and never had so much fun. :cloud9:

I wanted to sing the Pirate song when your crew did...I wanted to laugh at you chasing Captain Hook with your watch...I wanted to see the smile on your birthday face when you saw the fireworks! Stephenie that was by far one of the best trip reports I have read. I wanted to be there on your all in one day day! Wow! I loved your trip report. You have such a zest for life! You are lucky to have such awesome friends...I would love to have some of the interactions with characters that you did-but my family isn't as in to the characters as I am...Thank you so much for sharing your birthday!!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed your trip report. I think adding the photos is such an awsome idea, I wish more people would do that. Sounds like you had a wonderful time. You and your friends are a perfect example of what Disney is all about. While you were having a magical time, the people around you were enjoying seeing you and your friends having fun, and that in turn made them smile (I'm sure), especially all the singing while in lines. I bet that made the time in the lines go quickly.

Thanks everyone!!! I've been back to the world a few times since my birthday, and its just not the same.. I miss the attention!!!

Im so glad so many people enjoyed my report! I'll be going back for a 'big trip' in December to celebrate my Mom's birthday!! I'll post a trip report then!
