I think that I may have found a potential problem.

I booked a reservation online through the Emerald Club. I used the coupon code I got from the Disney.go.com link I found through this board. As I was going to print it out I read the fine print once again...and I think that I goofed!

I thought that I had read that it was "One Free Day" on my WEEKLY rental. But it actually says "One Free Day" for my WEEKEND rental. I am renting the car starting Thursday August 16th, and I'm not returning it untill Friday August 24th....so it is a week+ rental (although it does include a weekend)

Now, the online registration accepted the coupon code with the dates I gave and gave me a rate. Would the computer registration have let me know if the coupon would not work for my dates? Am I OK? Any other experience with this?

TIA,

That's correct. You're OK. It's giving you a day off your weekend.

If the coupon was not acceptable the on-line ressie would reject it. I tried to apply it to my Spring ressie and it was rejected because it was after the expiration date. So you should be OK. I applied it to my Fall trip which is 10 days and it went through just fine. Just make sure you take it, because I just returned and the sales rep ask for the coupon (which I had).

As others have said, relax. The coupon is fine. Used one exactly like it last week on a 8-day rental. No problem.

You'll be fine. I'm doing the same thing for my rental in November. The one free weekend day is the better deal anyway.

Th ecoupon is fine, just be sure to take a hard copy (printout) of the coupon with you.
