Historical Park Hours?

Does anyone know the historical park hours for both DL & DCA in Feb & March?

Better yet - Is there any way to view the March & Feb 2004 hours???

I am in the very early stages of planning a possible 2 day trip combined with a RCCL cruise!

Here are typical off-season park hours (feb and march being off-season):
DL M-Th 9-8
F-Sat 8-midnight
Sun 8-10

DCA M-Th 10-6
Fri-Sat 10-10
Sun 10-8

Note that for any opening later than 8 am, the turnstiles open 30 minutes before the scheduled park opening. If the park opens at 8, then that's when the turnstiles open.
