I am planning our February vacation and can not find any room discounts. Everything (inside and outside) of the World are listed at Rack Rate (value season). Doesn't Disney usually have some sort of Winiter package at discounted rates for Jan. through Feb 15th? When can I expect to see these?

In our brochre from a travel agent there is a Sunshine Getaway Package. It looks pretty good!

We will be at the Polynesian in Feb. with a GV room at a rate of $219.00 with the Sunshine Getaway package.
