i still have that jiggle and i'm under 10 lbs to goal
any tricep exercise - push-ups for sure; tricep extensions, overhead tricep dips, tricep dips on a chair using your body weight

Just keep plugging away with the weights. I definitely see a difference in my arms since I started really working them out, but still do have some of the "jiggle". I just keep working with the weights, increasing them every couple of weeks.

Yep- Molli's got it. To get rid of the flab, you must work the Triceps. You can't spot reduce though, you must reduce the fat through clean eating and dieting along with exercise. Unfortunately, a lot of people will still have loose skin even after the muscle's get developed and you get to goal. Its sort of like the loose skin that some people get in the belly or legs. Once its stretched, not everyone will have enough elaciticity in the skin to get the skin to firm up and tighten around the muscle.
Hopefully with time, and continued work even after you get to goal you can improve this area.

thanks everyone!! i will keep on lifting - i kinda think that i may never loose that loose skin under my arms- looking at my mom and pics of my grandma they all had it too and they weren't overweight- i would just love to have toned arms like madonna ;)
PS. you are doing great Tera!! doesn't it feel wonderful to try on old clothes and they are too big and baggy- especially pants
