I thought it would be cool to see what everyone was snacking on.

I'll start:
I am in day 4 of induction and I have a small plate with 6 prickles, 5 cheddar cheese chips w/spinach-artichoke dip and a tall glass of icewater.

Prickles:
dill pickle wrapped in cream cheese and buddig beef or turkey

Cheddar cheese chips:
cheddar cheese baked on parchment paper until browned.

How about you? Share which plan you are on and tell about your snack!!

Hi Michelle! :wave2:

Well, I'm on a plan that you watch portion control and have no sugar on the weekdays. I'm really liking it because I can have anything as far as my meals go (carb, protein, whatever).

But I'm trying to be very careful today because I think I went overboad last night at dinner. :earboy2: So..............I'm having pistachios right now as part of my lunch. I love these things. I think I've had around 30-40 so I'm going to stop. I'm glad they have shells on........that slows me down. :teeth:

I'm on WW--just finished a cup of FF blueberry yogurt-2 pts on WW. Yummy and just sweet enough to satisfy me! I also found a lemon yogurt that tastes like lemon pie filling!! (I add a pack of splenda to make it just a bit sweeter)

When I get home I'll probably have some baby carrots while I'm cooking to keep me out of everything else! :rotfl:

I'm generally lc, but I let myself have fruit. I'm having herbal tea and ....prunes. I asked my dh for dried apples and he saw dried plums with them. My good dh thought. "She likes plums. I'll get her some dreid plums." I think it's a new marketing campaign to not label them as being prunes. lol!

They are pretty good, but you have to be careful not to eat too many of them! :rotfl2:

Aren't you glad you asked?
