HHN and Front of line access

Does anyone know if you go to HHN, is the front of the line access for on site guests still in effect?

I asked this question awhile ago and the answer I got was no FOTL for HHN.

I've seen groups pay for VIP tours that give you front of the line access to everything--rides and mazes. I think it costs alot though--over $100/person.
