We have purchased 7 Delta Express tickets for $190 each. Today the price has dropped to $127 each. I called and asked about vouchers and they told me I had to bring them to Delta counter during the time the price was lower to get vouchers. They said they would not do vouchers over the phone. I live 90 miles from the airport. Does anyone know if this is correct?

mine were done over the Phone. call and speak to a supervisor.

Mine were done over the phone and the voucher is somehow connected to our frequent flyer accounts, so information about the voucher can be accessed there. We received a new print-out of the itinerary, since there happened to be a change in the return flight, and this indicates we have a credit. We may have to book via telephone to use the voucher, instead of on line, but we'll see when the time comes.

Thanks everyone! I called back and they are sending me vouchers on all 7 tickets.

Wow, I don't know what their rules are, but I booked 5 seats on-line about 3 months before our Oct. trip. About 3 weeks later, the price dropped (only a few dollars per seat, but every little bit helps). I e-mailed them immediately, and received a reply that they did not offer vouchers for price decreases when the original fare was an on-line special. I was a little aggravated, because first, I didn't know that I WAS booking an "on-line special" and nowhere did it say that vouchers could NOT be issued for these fares. I had gone back and forth about waiting until it was closer to my trip, but decided I would jump on the good rate because I could always get a voucher if it went down. Guess I was wrong!:(

We booked an on-line special and were able to receive vouchers when the fares went down. I would try calling them.
