Ok, here's a silly question. Can you use Disneyland annual passports for discounts at Disneyworld?

I haven't found a discount yet but I've been looking frantically. Looks like the only discount that I'll be able to swing is the AAA

No. Each resort has their own AP and only that AP can be used for Discounts (as well as admission).

Although, you can use your DL AP to for an AP preview at WDW ;) When we went in '03 we were there during the AP Previews of Mission Space and my husband was talking to the cm checking AP's and asking about the ride and the CM told me husband "hey it's an AP go ahead have a blast"

You can use your AAA discount at quite a few locations in the parks and at DTD though!
