Intimate wedding reception at Ariels???

At the moment we are currently booked for a custom wedding, but a few of my DH2B family keep messing us around on confirmation, so much so that we keep changing our minds between a custom & intimate wedding. So far we have 12 adults & 2 children who dont count towards the min definately confirmed.

We were already thinkin of ariels for our custom reception and i fell in love with it!! Its so beautiful & perfect for what i was looking for, and i just wondered if anyone knew if Ariels could be hired for a reception after an intimate wedding??

i'm not sure i would just contact your em. i've heard of smaller custom groups of 20 & such. we're having our custom wdw wedding at the yc gazebo & our reception at ariels for us & our 55 guests. hope it works out for you, ariels is just beautiful! best of luck.

Yes, Ariel's can be rented out for private events, but it does have a minimium expenditure. It used to be $25 pp, but I think they may have raised the min, or even made it a room min, as opposed to a F&B min. I would speak to your SM/EM and tell them your thoughts and ask for the phone number of the Catering Manager for the Beach Club Resort, as that is who you will have to arrange an intimate reception at the BC through. EMs do not arrange intimate receptions.

I dont mind if there is a min expenditure as its still cheaper than a custom wedding lol. :) :) :) :)

Its just so beautiful & is the perfect reception site for either our Intimate or Custom wedding. Were planning a beach themed wedding so the ceremony will either be Sunset Pointe or Typoon Lagoon. Im sooo excited :) :) :) :)

Could someone let me know a bit more about Ariels? Where is it? What food is there?

There's 9 at my intimate and we can't think of anywhere to eat! If we could hire somewhere that would be great... also if anyone has any other ideas for a provate intimate reception I'd love to hear 'em

rosiojo, ariels is at the beach club, it has a seaside theme with blue, white colors & a beautiful aquarium with tropical fish, 2 seating areas, blown glass chandaliers with bubbles & fish, a lower tiled area near the aquarium perfect for a dance floor & a tiled bar. like i said before i'm not sure if ariels has a minimum or can be used for an intimate reception though. i have some pictures if you pm me your email.
