Lee Reid's listed maintenance fees

I was looking at the DVC resale listings at Lee Reid's site
http://www.reid4florida.com/Disney.htm and have always wondered about the maintenance fees he has listed on the page:
The annual maintenance fee for 2001 at OKW (Old Key West) is $3.334O per point, Boardwalk is $4.1213 per point, Vero Beach is from $2.5993 to $3.9902 per point, and Hilton Head is $3.1944 per point.
I don't think any of these are correct, are they? How did he get these figures??? :confused:

Those are correct figures.......from a few years ago.

We bought BWV in 1999 and since we have never even paid as much as $4.00 per point for maintenance fees, the BWV figures must be from 1998 or earlier.

Obviously, the site owner doesn't update his site very often or isn't big on accuracy. Kind of makes me wonder what kind of attention he pays to other details. Do you think his resale prices are from 1998, too? ;) ;)

I don't think so. He currently has 2 BWV listings at $76.66/point!!!

OKW = $3.1272 ($3.3340)
BWV = $3.83 ($4.1213)
HH = $3.3209 ($3.1944)
Vero= $3.9726 ($3.9902)*
VWL = $3.6275

*His $2.5993 amount would be the lower/more heavily subsidizied rate offered early purchasers. That amount for 2001 is $2.7036.
