Something special for Disney Honeymoon??

My daughter and her husband to be are going to the Animal Kingdom for part of their honeymoon, what can I do that would be special for them, I don't want to do flowers because they are only staying 3 days and couldn't bring them with them to St. Lucia, but is there anything else I could or does the hotel do anything for honeymooners? :bride: :love: :groom:

you could send them something from disney florist that is not flowers such as food and snacks or send them a mini wedding cake or a slipper dessert. You can also have disney items sent to them. I suggest calling the resort and see if htey have any suggestions.

Thanks inlove, Is a slipper dessert available through the florist? I assume that's a dessert in a cinderella slipper, sounds perfect, that's her theme for the wedding. :groom: :bride:

The slipper dessert is a white chocolate slipper with filling on the inside (I think it’s typically mouse and berries). It’s really presented beautifully. They are made at the Grand Floridian’s bakery, but I believe they can be delivered throughout Disney property. I would call the Grand Floridian directly at 407-824-3000 and ask to be connected to the bakery to find out about doing this. Thanks ead, that is beautiful. We had her shower yesterday and used the little slippers as favors. They turned out beautiful. I will look into sending that to their room!! thanks again :wizard:

GIOny- you could get personalized mickey & minnie bride & groom ears from disney merchandising i think they were $15/each on our last trip & you could have them waiting in their room when they arrive.

like inloveindisney said disney florists can deliver more than flowers, like a romance gift basket with wine/champagne & strawberries.

you could also book a special event or dinner at epcot ws 407-wdw-dine, a spa treatment in their akl room, an illuminations firework cruise 407-wdw-play, a wdw tour like the dolphins in depth 407-wdw-tour or a sunset safari.
