Military tickets

One of my friends (not in the military) is getting tickets from one of his brother that "IS" in the military.

The question is;

Is there any problem that will arise with my frind and his family if the use the military bought tickets and the brother that is in the military will "NOT" be with them

and what is the price difference? :confused:

When I was growing up my Aunt always had her children get our Disneyland passes for the whole group. Her ex was military so my cousins could purchase them on the base for a huge discount as his dependants. We did this every year for about 11 years and never had a problem. Wishe we still could but they are both over 18 now and no longer qualify....Often as we got older my cousins elected not to come. Being born and raised in So Cal. it wasn't as exciting to them. We didn't do anything different than when we purchased the tickets on our own. Help this helps.

I have used military tickets at WDW purchased by a friend who is retired military at the nearby PAtrick Air Force Base. Disney doesn't ask for IDs or anything when entering the park, as the friend supplies the ID at time of purchase. I'm not sure about the price difference.

Military tickets are much cheaper, & can be used by anyone holding one. You can use them for early entry if you are staying at one of the 3 hotels & show your resort i.d.

The 2 day tickets are not hoppers. One park on day one & the other park for day 2.
