Has anyone here ever been to the UK? If so, which part did you visit? What did you think?

Anyone ever been to Wales?:) I'm just curious!

Yeah I sooooo wish!!! My cousin (she's 17) was touring Europe with her friends this summer for two months. i'm not really sure where she went... but i am soooo jealous of her!!! if i ever had an opportunity to visit anywhere out of this country, I would grab it right away!!!

actually I really wanna go all over Europe!!
When my aunt and uncle and cousins move over to Norway we are going all over Europe...if they even go.

<font color=blueviolet size=4>I've never been to the UK, but I want to visit there some day. My great grandmother & great grandfather were originally from Wales & then moved to Canada. I'd also wanna visit Ireland (have family there too), France (supposed to go there on a school trip like 2 yrs ago, but it fell through), & some other parts of Europe.

Sure, I've been there...if you count about 5 hours as being there. When I went to Europe last summer we had about a 7 hour layover in London so we left the airport and went to Runnymede and Windsor Castle. I loved it so much. I'm hoping to go back (for more than 5 hours this time :)) sometime.

Unfortunely, I haven't been there yet! But I really hope I'll be going there soon! I know my family would like to go so many in the next few years.... lol- I'll be going to Spain in a couple of years with school- not exactly the UK, but some area (kinda:) )

Meg-that's amazing that your great grandparents came from Wales! The rest of my family are all English, but some of my ancestors came from Ireland.

(I like to think I'm a native Welsh girl though!):)

Nope...Other than the UK place at Epcot, I have never been to the UK. I would like to go there though.

Ive been to England :D :D :D & my hubby to be is Welsh (well his dad was born there but moved away very young so no accent)
