We reserved our suite using the Dreams unlimited. Buena Vista Suites.

It says on the ressie that you can arrange payment at the hotel upon check in. Does that mean they DON'T charge your card unless you give it to the hotel clerk?

if you don't show up - or if you cancel your reservations - then your cc will be used.

it is cheaper to cancel your reservations.

this is explained in your reservation email from them.
