I read on laughingplace.com that someone took a Winery Tour for $10 at DCA. Is this still offered?

We were there in the spring and we saw a short, very short wine making movie and then you could sample wines very informally from a woman at a table who would tell you about each wine. However, they did charge $8-10 for several samples that added up to about the amount of a glass of wine. So we just went up to the Mondavi terrace and each drank a glass of wine and shared appetizers. I believe a glass of wine was $8. There is a wine store attached to the Mondavi restaurant where you can purchase wine by the bottle and have it sent to the package express at the front.

I posted this before but maybe it's worth repeating....
If you want a slow enjoyable afternoon, maybe while the rest of your party runs around the park. At about 3:00 PM, head over to the winery area, and grab a table in the seating area across from the buildings under the semi circle awning. at about 3:15 Wine tasting starts. They come out with three samples, accopmanied by cheese. After the tasting, grab a refill for $2.50 and relax. At 4:30 turn around and enjoy the parade.
