I booked the entertainment rate for 8/29-9/1 and now I can't find my card!

Do they ask for it if you have an entertainment rate when you check into HRH?

Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. You can get a replacement card for $15. Call the 800 number in your book.

The clerk never asked me for mine. I don't think I've ever read on these boards that anyone was asked to show it at check in.

When our family visited HRH at the end of July,I was asked for my card.My only complaint about HRH was the front desk check-in woman.Absolutely no personality.She could take a lesson from Disney.Chatted with one of the valets and he worked for Disney in the past,but choose to join HRH because they allow him to be more of an individual.Everyone else was very pleasant,it was just this one woman.;) :p :D
