Heading down in early june for 7 days. Thinking of taking a ride to Celebration one day to check it out. Has anyone ever gone and is it worth the trip?
thanx.

It's a nice place to visit. If you are done with the parks Celebration might be a nice break. You might want to check out Old Town also.

During afternoon breaks from the parks, we like to head to Celebration. We love to look at the cute homes, and stroll through shops on main street. If you visit, be sure to check out the Market Street Cafe...great food, service, and atmosphere! :earsboy:

We like to eat lunch at Columbia. The bonus for us is that the one in Celebration is all non-smoking.

My parents live there - it's a great little town. They have white rocking chairs around the lake in the center of town and a little pub that has great food. There are even fountains for the kids to play in and a small (one screen?) movie theater. Just remember that it was built to be a laid-back little town and you'll have a ball.
