I just discovered this and felt it was meant for me.
I am 29 years old with 4 kids.I have struggled w/ gaining and losing weight for 10 years. I once lost 75 lbs only to gain back 60.I worked very hard to lose 40 lbs this last year on Weight Watchers and met my goal 2 weeks ago. This morning I weighed and I have gained back 6 lbs.I am determined not to do this to myself. As of RIGHT NOW I am going to do better.Gotta go-baby crying.

WELCOME to the WISH journals!!
Having 4 kids sure does put losing weight on the back burner at times. ;) (I have 4 also). Anyway, journaling is a great way to keep on track and become aware of your habits, good and bad. The people on this board are GREAT and lend a lot of support!
Good luck on your journey and I will check back to see how you are doing. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

Welcome Amy! This is a great place to post and vent about life in general. It sounds like you have your hands full so hopefully you can get out some of your stress here. I understand that--half my posts are more about my kids the my struggle for weight loss. Everyone here has been so welcoming. Come back ofter!!!!

I made my first good choice of the day.String chees instead of the little debbie caka I wanted.I am pretty stressed out.Sick baby and we are supposed to leave for WDW in5 days. I am going to try exercise for stress relief.Than my first goal will be met!
:flower: When I click on a smilie I get the word. What am I doing wrong?

Hang in there. Sick babies are no fun, but choosing to relieve the stress by exercising is a great start! It's all the little things that truly make a difference. Hope the baby feels better soon. ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

The pants may be tight, but take what you can get. Also, think of all the walking you will be doing at WDW! :cool1:
